These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wax Me Too, LLC. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our prior written consent.

3. Appointment Booking and Services

Appointment bookings are processed through our third-party booking platform, Mangomint. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Cancellation policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at the discretion of your esthetician.
• Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• Health and safety: You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities to your esthetician prior to your service. Wax Me Too is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
• Right to refuse service: Wax Me Too reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time for any reason consistent with applicable law.

4. Promotions, Discounts, and the Mascot Hunt

From time to time, Wax Me Too may offer promotional discounts, giveaways, or loyalty programs, including the Mascot Hunt game available on this Site. The following terms apply to all promotions:

• Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.
• New client discounts (currently 50% off select services on the first visit) apply to first-time clients only and are limited to one use per person.
• The Mascot Hunt discount code (currently 20% off one service) is awarded once per registered account upon finding all hidden mascots on the Site. Codes may not be combined with other offers and are valid for one use only.
• Discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Military discounts are available at select locations. Proof of service may be required.

5. User Accounts

To participate in certain features of the Site (such as the Mascot Hunt), you may create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Wax Me Too, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
